When a press brake is the practical choice
A press brake remains a strong fit for varied profiles, small quantities, deep boxes, special tooling and jobs that do not suit automatic panel manipulation. The open tooling format gives process engineers broad freedom.
All-electric drive can improve responsiveness and reduce hydraulic-system maintenance, but the final process still depends on tooling, material variation, back-gauge configuration and operator workflow.
Evaluate the complete bending system
Compare usable bending length, force, daylight, stroke, throat, back-gauge travel, safety system and offline programming—not only nominal tonnage. LANHAO reviews these values against the largest and most difficult parts in the proposed workload.
- Confirm required punch, die and clamping standards.
- Check crowning and angle-control requirements.
- Validate the longest flange and collision envelope in simulation.
- Time a representative part including handling and inspection.
