Before production
The application team reviews drawings, materials, tolerances, output targets and automation boundaries. The resulting proposal should define the machine, tooling, options, layout and acceptance parts.

Installation and handover
Site preparation, unloading, utilities and safety interfaces are confirmed before arrival. Handover includes machine operation, programming, routine inspection and maintenance responsibilities appropriate to the project scope.

After acceptance
Remote diagnostics and service coordination begin with the machine serial number, alarm information, program context and clear photos or video. This evidence helps the service team route the issue efficiently.
