Coil-to-part workflow
Decoiling, straightening, feeding and laser cutting can be connected before forming.

Automation · Flexible manufacturing line
A project-engineered production flow connecting coil preparation, laser cutting, part handling and panel bending.

Representative configuration shown. Tooling and handling are tailored to the application.
Platform overview
LANHAO flexible manufacturing lines connect the upstream and downstream processes around your parts, batch size and plant layout. Material can move from decoiling and laser cutting through sorting, centering, bending and unloading in one coordinated workflow.
Each line is configured as a manufacturing project, with the automation level, tapping process, buffers and final stacking plan defined around the customer’s production target.
Decoiling, straightening, feeding and laser cutting can be connected before forming.
Robotic loading, centering and unloading reduce handling between cutting and bending.
Parts can be routed to stack pallets or directly to the bending cell based on production logic.
The final line is designed around your product mix, takt time, floor space and downstream process.
Technical overview
Final capacity and dimensions depend on material, thickness, tooling, bend geometry and automation scope.
| Specification | Integrated line |
|---|---|
| Material preparation | Decoiler + straightener + feeder |
| Cutting | Laser cutting with rolling table |
| Part handling | Automatic loading, centering and unloading |
| Bending | LANHAO panel bending cell |
| Sorting | Manual or automated stack strategy |
| Configuration | Engineered to project requirements |
