Process risks to evaluate

Cabinet parts can look simple while hiding difficult short flanges, return bends, door reinforcements and surface-finish requirements. The process review should include hardware cut-outs and any geometry that affects clamping.

Protective film, brushed stainless and powder-coat preparation may require brush-table, tooling and handling choices that reduce sliding contact.

Recommended validation set

Test one large shell, one narrow door, one part with the shortest flange and one high-feature-count component. Together they expose more risk than a single easy demonstration part.
