Platform overview

Built around the workpiece and the production goal.

The A series adds automatic tool change to LANHAO’s intelligent bending platform. It is designed for production where part widths, flange layouts and tooling requirements change frequently across a shift.

By reducing manual tool intervention, the system supports faster changeovers and a more consistent process for doors, cabinets, kitchen equipment and elevator parts.

01

Automatic pressing-tool change

Tooling is adapted to the programmed part without a manual changeover between mixed jobs.

02

High-mix production

A strong fit for variable part widths, short batches and frequent product transitions.

03

21-axis coordination

Multi-axis motion links positioning, clamping, tool movement and bending in one program.

04

LANHAO CNC platform

The machine uses the same in-house control foundation as the wider panel bender range.
